Thank you for your interest in Mystical Creations Gallery of handcrafted wire wrapped jewelry. Our online  catalog is only a representation of the variety of styles offered. We use genuine gemstones, natural crystals or minerals with Sterling Silver chains, charms and findings for custom designed hand wrapped jewelry and pendulums.   Some pieces are also offered using wood, leaded crystal beads and gold filled or pewter charms.

To place an order, you may either purchase using our secure online credit card processing or you may print and complete the order form and submit with it with your check or money order to: Mystical Creations  P.O. Box 1184 Washington Grove, MD 20880-1184.  (Not responsible for cash sent through the mail.)  Items usually shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment for in-stock merchandise.   Special orders are always welcome, as availability permits so feel free to ask! Substitutes or back orders available only on approved request.  Due to market increases, prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by copy of the original invoice and along with merchandize in clean, re-saleable condition for full refund of item.  Satisfaction guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 90 days - replacement or repair at our discretion. Customer damage or neglect is not covered and a minimal fee will be charged for repairs.  No refunds on shipping and handling charges.
